Dis/Ability

RAISING THE PROFILE Of DIS/ABILITY ISSUES ON CAMPUS

CUPE 4207 Equity Committee invites submissions of student and employee experiences of dis/ability at Brock and the surrounding community. Ableism often silences experiences of physical and mental differences. For this reason, we invite stories, artwork, poetry, videos, and other resources that express experiences of, and interactions with, dis/ability on campus and beyond. This will be a community project that fosters understanding and will serve as a starting point for advocacy.

All are welcome to submit and share their experiences. Submissions will be featured on the CUPE 4207 website to begin conversations about how we are all affected by constructions of dis/ability in our work, school, and everyday lives (www.4207.cupe.ca).

Send your submissions to equity@cupe4207.org

(Submissions may be made anonymously to union office drop box beside MCC402)
