The Environmental Justice Committee is responsible for raising issues related to climate change and environmental justice to the membership, including working with other committees to assist in advancing the work of the local through the lens of environmental justice. The Environmental Justice Committee is dedicated to developing campaigns aimed at members, the University as a whole, and the communities we live in on the dangers of climate degradation. We are also seeking to campaign for more sustainable solutions that understand that climate justice means countering all forms of oppression and inequality.
Open to all members.
