Paid job-related training is available to all Unit 1 members with an active contract. This training can be taken during the duration of a contract or up to 4 weeks before the start of a contract. Members will be paid their regular hourly rate for up to 5 hours for the training sessions of their choosing. Training is taken through CPI who will report attendance to the University for payment.
